Location: tba, London

This masterclass, led by cross-platform and cross-sector website guru Felix Cohen [Headshift], will give delegates the edge in designing and running effective websites within the context of today’s business world; where user-centred design, social media, and search engine optimisation are only a few of the key elements involved. This masterclass is aimed at anyone in a law firm with an interest in staying ahead of the content and design curve, not on or behind it; ensuring both relevance and long term sustainability.

Masterclass leader: Felix Cohen

Felix Cohen is a consultant at Headshift; as an advocate and user of free and open source tools, and with experience of many platforms, he provides implementation and evaluation for clients looking to build new social platforms and engage with their communities of customers, clients and business partners. His background in psychology and editing gives him strong insights into information architecture, content strategy and user centred design methods.

Masterclass leader: Penny Edwards

Penny Edwards specialises in leading the user analysis, engagement, adoption and community building elements of projects within legal and professional services firms. Having practised for six years as a commercial solicitor, Penny has a clear understanding of the business context in which organisations with knowledge intensive processes operate. Coupled with her work on social technologies, she is able to identify key business needs and articulate potential solutions at both the strategic and operational levels.
