Bookings
How can I pay for my booking?
Credit/Debit Card – We can take a card payment over the phone on 020 7549 2500 or through the secure booking forms online.
Invoice – We can invoice you for the cost of your place. Simply fill in your details on the booking form and we’ll get back to you to confirm your place.
Is there a way I can get a taster of Ark’s events?
Yes, we have a free resource section on our website where you can listen to a selection of presentations from our past events. This is updated monthly so keep checking back for the latest free case studies, advice and tips.I am unable to attend the event I am really interested in – is there anything I can do?
Some of our events are repeated throughout the year – once an event is confirmed, it will be added to our site so keep checking back for more information.Alternatively, for all our two day conferences full documentation is available for purchase in three different forms:
1. A black-and-white printed version of all the presentation slides
2. A CD containing the presentation slides
3. A CD containing an audio recording from the actual event with the presentation slides (does not include masterclasses)

Can I get a group discount?
We offer attractive discounts for multiple bookings. Please email Paul Connelly stating which event and the number of delegates you’re interested in bringing.Can I change the name of the delegate once my place is booked?
I want to know what to expect from an Ark event – is there anyway I can read what past attendees have said?
Yes, our testimonials page provides a sample of the recent feedback we have received. These are derived from a form that attendees fill in at the event and are very useful in helping us to continue to improve our events.Venue Details
Why can’t I see the exact location of my event?
- They are located in central London, within easy reach by tube or taxi of all the main London rail stations.
- They are a minimum of 4* quality

Can I get a discounted rate for the hotel where my event is being held?
